When the opportunity to work with the existing consultancy team, I jumped at the opportunity. In the short time that I have worked on the team, I have delivered several projects, both internally and for some of our largest clients, ranging from on-premise hardware refreshes to Azure IaaS deployments. I was tasked with the migration between two Microsoft 365 tenants after an acquisition.

After nearly two years working on the 2nd Line team, a position opened up as a 3rd line technician and I was chosen as the next successor for the post. This role has introduced significantly more responsibility within the business. My main focus has been working on In-Escalation customers, high priority incidents and problem management for long standing issues. In addition to this, I have also had a chance to implement improvements to the department from a technical perspective including automating tasks using PowerShell to speed up resolution of common issues. With the increased responsibility it has also meant that I have been involved with several other departments including Consultancy, Project Management, Development and Pre-Sales. I have co-ordinated and implemented smaller customer projects as well as provided advice to customers on technical improvements to their systems. I have also become an authority of our main Multi-tenant SaaS Solution delivering SAP Business One to multiple customers.
