I worked with Luke extensively for a year at Shopify in EMEA where he was instrumental in helping me source, hire and onboard my senior leadership team. I have great appreciation for Luke's thoughtful and thorough approach to defining roles and profiles and admired the very structured and focused way he built candidate pipeline and engaged with them on a professional level. He was also willing to experiment and vary his approach which drove results. My biggest takeaway from working with Luke was his ability to understand the business challenges we were trying to solve and challenge my thinking and ask searching and intelligent questions.
