Luke has an uncanny ability to take brainstorm documentation and turn it into actionable curriculum. His agenda setting for programming is precise to the minute and inclusive of all relevant content. Luke never gets caught in the weeds in the midst of a busy event and knows how to keep things moving. Mr. B also has the gift of listening.... He is a soundboard for input and always considers every angle without rushing to judgement. This young man's future strengthens my faith in the Leadership of tomorrow!

I have known Luke since 2010 and have always enjoyed my many interactions with him including facilitating together, presenting at the same meeting, attending conferences together and socially. Luke was a hand-selected facilitator for a program I was hosting in 2011 for 200 members of my organization. Luke by far was one of the best facilitators on the team and has been invited back each year. He has a way of connecting with each individual in his group and making everyone feel like they belong. Luke has made Phi Delta Theta a leader in e-learning. He has implemented an adviser training e-learning program that many other organizations are modeling theirs after. Luke knows how to make things happen and overcome obstacles. I have learned a lot from Luke in our many conversations and the sessions I've seen Luke present over the years. He is an engaging presenter and has a true passion for what he does!
