Work in conjunction with the Education Committee to create core curriculum for educational conferences and member programming and development. Plan and execute the Emerging Leaders Institute, Presidents Leadership Conference, Regional Recruitment Workshops, General Officers Conference, and other meeting programs that may be developed. Further develop the Fraternity’s online educational resource portal, PDTU, to deliver online learning, HTML5-based content, certification-based training, and resource materials to chapters and volunteer members. Lead efforts to create a standardized new member education program that blends both in-person activities and online components. Identify opportunities for programming that provides networking and mentoring outlets for Fraternity members. Work in conjunction with other staff members to implement a recruitment philosophy throughout the Fraternity’s educational outlets. Function as primary event planner for all educational meetings and conferences. Responsible for all other ongoing, fraternity educational efforts including life safety, hazing, and alcohol-free housing and the proper use and abuse of alcohol.

As part of the Office of Student Activities and Leadership staff, I was responsible for the advisement and day-to-day operations management for an 18-Chapter Fraternity/Sorority system with approximately 700 students. In addition, I designed all educational curriculum, served on a variety of University committees, and acted as a liaison between the organizations, the institution, and (inter)national offices.
