Reporting to the Head of Group Treasury & Bank Business Development to:• Responsible for new eGaming relationships• Implement Bank strategy for new business targets.• Responsibility for ensuring team pipeline is consistent with budgetary targets via identification and actioning of market opportunities, either individually or via delegation to other BDMs, escalating concerns as necessary.• Build profile domestically and internationally as the ‘go to’ person for digital banking opportunities • Identification of business leads including via introductory models and maintenance of those relationships.• Attend / host meetings, preparation for and the follow up of new business leads and prospects for the Bank.• Support local and international hiring strategy with identification of suitable candidates and supervising these appropriately post-hiring decision.• Provide detailed information, presentations and screenshots to CSP/TSPs, about Bank services and systems.• Support design and ownership of policies and procedures within the team• Work together with Line Manager to partner with Bank operational teams and promote culture of excellence within the Bank• Deliver training to BDM team and wider operational teams to ensure best-in-class standards are upheld.• Travel to CSPs/TSPs, egaming companies and Clients etc if required (including international travel).• Deal with New Business enquiries • Build relationships with CSPs/TSPs, egaming companies and Clients.• Present to clients of the Group.• Undertake new business projects and initiatives, constantly thinking of new innovative ideas for increasing sales.• Help to prepare formal reports for the Executive committee meetings.• Monitor New Business statistics as or when required• Provide Quarterly reports and Statistical analysis• Play active role in weekly BD team meetings• Implement and streamline new processes• Attend regular meetings on all areas of sales to ensure we are working as a team.
