I clip anything noteworthy that happens during the match, such as goals, chances, close-up shots, crowd shots etc. These clips are then selected by an editor and put into the highlights for that match. During my time in this role, I have learnt that this requires an ability to work proficiently under pressure and with a very close attention to detail, to ensure the highlights are accurately captured, as well as becoming capable in using logging and editing software. This included taking them to their daily activities, to all their meals and looking after their well-being. I also spent time at the TV studio where I learnt about the production and rollout of the UFC show from behind the scenes.
