      Worked on creating and reworking the council's core web forms that are filled out by the public. For example, there were web forms for reporting abuse, applying for a license, bin collection, etc. I also moved into the tech support role and helped with the annual stock check of the entire building, whilst also logging and completing work requests for account creation and transfers.
