The main responsibilities I had whilst working at Curry’s PC World including sales, cash handling and stock replenishment. This role provided me with valuable sales experience as it was my role to approach customers and assist them as much as possible as well as trying to ensure that they purchased items. Also, every item a customer bought it was responsibility to encourage them to purchase a “care plan” which meant if the product broke the customer was entitled to a free replacement. Whilst working in this role I demonstrated that I could confidently approach customers, provided information on certain products and assist them as much as I possibly could. Working at Curry’s PC World helped me improve my customer service experience whilst also providing me with valuable sales experience. Show less
