  I am able to cook the entire line and I can also clock in as an expo/expeditor. I am required to cook the orders to proper spec, and also to do this in a timely matter. As expo I am in charge of the flow of the kitchen, relaying information from servers to cooks, which speeds up the flow of the kitchen.   Everything. From milking cows to baling hay to feeding the calves. Anything that needs to be done on a farm and I did it and did it well. My favorite part would be climbing the 90 foot silos to unclog the unloaders that would spew the silage all over. It was always a great workout. Everything.   I made sure that our produce was fresh and well stocked; making sure everything was in order at all times. I was required to help all customers the best way I could and this was actually my favorite part of the job. I loved talking to customers and helping them get what they needed.
