The system has been developed from the ground up in collaboration with students, parents and teachers to ensure that it meets the needs of non-neurotypical students.   • Responsible for the entire life cycle of BMT’s European research projects: research proposals, technical documents, research and software development.• Developed a system to automate docking of large cruise ships utilising lasers for detecting the dock and autonomous winching devices.• Designed software to simulate circulation and evacuation behaviour in rail terminals, in order to improve station design.• Developed a Decision Support System predicting the motion of a tugged vessel in variable weather conditions and automatically adjusting the towline tension.• Developed a program using artificial potential field theory to suggest routes to damaged sea vessels or vessels undergoing extreme conditions.
