I worked with Luke on multiple levels, including as an authorized agent Store Manager where Luke was our RAE, or our direct corporate contact. He was "The Man" when it came to getting me the information I needed to make my staff successful on a daily basis, as well as an outstanding personal and professional sounding board regarding sales and leadership thoughts and ideas. Later, when Luke was brought into Pro Cellular directly, he was massively instrumental in developing a Small Business Sales strategy for the company from scratch. When I moved from Store Manager to a Business Development Manager, Luke"s continued guidance and ability to see the bigger picture regarding staff needs from product education to sales floor selling skills was impressive. When I moved into the Regional Sales Manager position, Luke's continued presence and dedication was an absolute building block for turning around the Region's numbers and performance.
