  I have had the privilege of becoming a registered Financial Adviser at the Hereford Group, and have gained extensive financial planning knowledge through in-house training and mentorship. I am thriving under the daily challenges of expanding my network and increasing my knowledge and understanding every day, which also includes my personal strengths and weaknesses. More importantly, I am learning how best to meet the financial needs of my clients through a multitude of different sources that include my previously mentioned in-house training, first-hand experience from established experts within the Hereford Group, and I am currently studying for an additional postgraduate diploma in financial planning at the University of Stellenbosch business school.   I've worked part-time as a quality control manager at a campervan manufacturing facility. My role responsibilities were; maintaining production standards, process development, administration systems development, problem resolution, intermediary material acquisition, as well as maintaining and assimilating production process records used for performance review and costing purposes. This was a temporary role designed to measure the effectiveness of implementing a quality control manager at the manufacturing facility and has since been implemented following my departure, due to furthering my studies in the financial services sector.

  Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer of the Sales Hire organization which consists of SA Roadtrippers, Sales Hire-Builders equipment, and Sales Hire Events. The internship was a month and a half from 08h00 till 18h00 with the intent of furthering my business knowledge and practical skills application in preparation for the workforce. My role during this time included client communication, organizing meetings, writing business emails, chauffeur to the Chief Executive Officer, and placing orders for equipment required for business operations.



Academia student residence

  Block leader of block 22 in the Stellenbosch Academia student residence. This involved the management of fifty individuals in my student accommodation. I was responsible for student affairs, integration of first-year students, planning and implementing block events and initiatives, budgeting block expenses for the year, and relaying important information from management regarding changes to study times, initiatives, problem areas, and future plans for the block residents. My role as Block leader was for a two-year period and I left the role after changing accommodation.
