During my internship I was responsible for creating and designing marketing material for multiple LOBs; Including Letters, Email Newsletters, Holiday, and Social Media Ads. I was also responsible for updating and maintaining the databases for multiple LOBs. In addition, I assisted groups with any and all clerical needs by efficiently handling telephone calls, records management needs, and correspondence. I also provided administrative support for multiple LOBs. I contributed to office recognization to maximize productivity and support administrative efficiency. I exceeded expectations and was then called back to work after the completion of my internship.
