As a manager and buyer with the Foothill Village Sports Den, my primary responsibilities were centered around overseeing day-to-day store operations in areas of sales, customer service, vendor relations, inventory control, compliance, and staff supervision. My role has also included procuring new vendors and products for the company, and acting as a representative liaison between manufacturers to ensure orders are placed in an accurate and timely way. Maintaining productive and professional relationships with vendors, and staff requires open communication, complex problem-solving skills, and working as a team. Being a coach for young athletes is all about being a role model for future development. Wether it be on or off the ski hill, setting a proper example for my athletes is always number one. Helping set goals for my athletes and creating a safe and fun route for them to follow in order to achieve that goal is a very rewarding experience.
