  This role includes specialist building reporting, make safe, building repairs, restoration work including water damage, mould and fire damage restoration. The role sees me as the first responder in a lot of cases and with the industry knowledge and experience I’m able to help clients with efficient reporting and quality building repairs. The role sees me reporting BAU claims and traveling for events, being able to construct accurate scopes of works so the insureds claim can flow without lengthy variation delays which add time and stress to the insured and claims manager. The specialist reporting including defect reporting, thermal imaging, roof reports and invasive inspection, these services allows a full diagnostic of the related damages so the client can have a full understanding of the correct repair method. With the businesses capability we can cut down on delays by having to outsource specialist trades, as the restoration and building repairs are able to be carried out in house in a timely manger and with professional standards and strong communication.
