I had the opportunity to work with Luke Nuttle when he served as a Community Assistant at Flint Village, part of the University at Buffalo's Campus Living. Luke was an absolute pleasure to have the opportunity to work with. His dedication and excellent work ethic were excellently contrasted with his superior interpersonal skills and ability to formulate positive relationship with co-staff members and residents. Luke was responsible for the management of 1 building of 2 bedroom apartments in the Fall of 2012 and seamlessly absorbed the responsibility of a second building with little notice in the Spring of 2013. Luke's innate ability to create meaningful personal and professional relationships make him an absolute pleasure to have on a staff.
