  The upgrade project at the FCA aimed to upgrade an existing E-Business Suite system from version 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 in an attempt to replace existing CEMLIs for new features introduced in the point release. I worked as part of the technical team, analysing the FCA’s existing customisations using a third-party tool, Panaya, to help identify areas with missing documentation, and rectifying problems caused by the upgrade. I also assisted in the functional testing of the system, to help the wider project meet tight deadlines.
