I am delighted to announce that I am starting a new position of Technical Specialist at AVM Services. I feel focusing on personal development, and becoming the best version of ourselves is an important and ongoing process that requires continual work, development and understanding of your current, and also future potential growth.Viewing 2023 as a year to continue planting seeds, developing my self-awareness, and learning more, is what 2023 will be for me as i recognise that growth and improvement are an ongoing process and not something that can be achieved in a single year within the decontamination sector.I feel it is important to remember that progress often comes in small steps and that it's sometimes more about the journey you are on, rather than the end destination.Additionally, it's vital to be mindful of the importance of balance and not getting too caught up in the pursuit of perfection. It’s good to also take time to appreciate and enjoy the present moment and have a good work/life balance.Although, overall, I think focusing on personal growth and self-improvement is a valuable one, I will be taking a slight change of direction within decontamination to continue working on my own growth and development in 2023.Happy new year everyone!
