  I have been Setting and operating an XYZ RMX 2500 milling machine using prototrak controls for 18 Months and have gained a lot of experience. I learnt through a 2 day course in Devon, I mainly machine composite components and steel whilst using coolant for metal parts through DXF programmes using various tooling from wobblers to 10mm 4 flute carbide and HSS rough end mills and chamfer tools. When the machine has run its cycle I must check the drawing to match the spec using a digital vernier then tidy up the part with steel wool, sand paper or a deburr tool. Show less
