  At Groove we believe that everyone deserves a good night's sleep. Our flagship product, the Groove Pillow, began from our own troubles with postural neck pain (having spent too much time at the desk).   Born from the pain of commuting on public transport in London, in 2018 we founded elka with a vision to revolutionise the way we get to work and move around locally.   At Mindful Tutors we connected some of the smartest Mathematics students at UCL with the training resources and teacher training they needed to deliver exceptional tutoring to local primary and secondary school students. Partnering with mental health initiative Maths resilience at the University of Warwick, we sought to go beyond traditional tutoring - using Maths as a vehicle to help young people grow in their confidence and develop resilience that would serve them for the rest of their lives.
