From scratch, I built a Minnesota office in Rochester, purchasing video and audio equipment, and establishing a film studio capable of studio production and field production. Later on, I helped replicate the process for our Los Angeles and New York-based teams.Primarily working with the Mayo Clinic and its surgeons and media representatives, I set and operated as many as 7 cameras simultaneously in the OR while discreetly making video and audio adjustments during live surgeries as needed. Often working solo, preparation and on-set tasks included meeting with hospital representatives, interviewing surgeons, and set dressing the surgical and interview spaces for recording. Successfully shot and directed 400+ Continuing Medical Education accredited videos; 257 surgical procedures, 143 medical talks and presentations, as well as several customer-content projects for Mayo Clinic and other major hospitals and companies including Medtronic, Hospital for Special Surgeries (HSS), Cedars Sinai, Stanford Medicine, Cleveland Clinic, UCSF and Intuitive Surgical, Inc.Ingested the media and assembled projects before personally cutting the content or handing them off to another teammate. As an RA for 1-1/2 years, I was responsible for the safety and well being of 100 students per floor and at times on call to assist up to 600 students in my residence hall. I educated residents on conflict resolution skills and mediated conflicts where needed. As Bar Supervisor, I managed the three other floor staff and reconciled financials at the end of night. Back of the house responsibilities included preparation of wines and ciders: juicing grapes, monitoring fermenting and aging processes, bottling, etc. I also shot, produced and edited a 45 second promotional video as well as photographed all winery products for the website.
