I Initially successfully led a team of 18 technicians and 5 admin staff, but a change in structure saw my reports increase to 52 over two workshop locations and 250 customer sites. At present I am working to streamline all of the processes within this operation to increase profitably, decrease unproductive labour, minimise work in progress to meet KPI's and so on. I created, implemented and monitored a thriving maintenance planning system that decreased internal maintenance costs by $250,000 in its first year. Using my past experience from the mining and construction industry I have been instrumental in driving the health and safety of the maintenance team and subsequently the branch towards the new standard set by the recent legislation reform.
