Over the past year Luke has shown an incredible willingness to dive in and learn new applications, processes and procedures in order to become a more effective contributor. Luke approaches all new opportunities with a positive attitude and enthusiasm that is contagious, pushing the rest of the team to become better at what they do. He has displayed an aptitude to pick up complex concepts and run with them after minimal training. I have really enjoyed having Luke as part of the internal IT team. He always goes above and beyond to provide a great customer experience and does so in a manner that is motivating for those around him.
