Having worked with Luke for 16 months was more than a privilege, it was a true collaboration. Being able to count on someone rarely comes as easy as it does with him. Luke’s ability to drive actionable change meant I could always count on him for ideas on how to better lead the business development department. Strategic thinking comes easy to Luke, whether that be on behalf of a client or on behalf of those he leads. In his mind, data isn’t simply a nice to have, rather it's key information that needs to be cleaned and interpreted to better understand what the issue he’s aiming to solve. Luke leads by example with empathy and determination. Do yourself a favor and get to know this fella. He’ll take problem solving to the next level and you’ll be hard pressed to find a bigger advocate of the people he leads and the company he works for.

Anytime I had a meeting, or 1 on 1 with Luke, it was clear that he genuinely cared for me. I wasn't just a number, or an employee. I was a human that he cared about and that meant a lot to me. I learned a lot from Luke. He’s always willing to lend a hand to anyone who needs it. He is hands down the most empathetic leader I have ever worked for.
