  Within my role, I was responsible for supporting the Aesthetics and Therapeutics Business Units in the delivery of customer strategies and activation of sales plans. I worked closely with the Sales Director and support in the development of sales force effectiveness programs. This has included insights gathering, data analysis and KPI reporting alongside monthly scorecard communication. A key part of my role also included various aspects of organising sales activities (national & international), including customer facing meetings, product launches, events and congresses. I managed the sales activities budget and regularly liaised with Finance to ensure all costs are on track, with variances (ACT. vs. BUD) corrected early on. My IT proficiency aided me to become the super user of the Salesforce and Veeva systems (CRM/ Vault). I assisted the field based teams with this when necessary, as well as other functions within the organisation.
