It has been a real pleasure to work closely with Luke over the last year in which he facilitated, indeed orchestrated, what was for me a significant property investment that I had no idea I could achieve at this time. From the initial proposal that he prepared and presented, through property selection and financing options, all the way to completion and tenanting, Luke did not miss a beat. He managed all my concerns with very patient and mature communication. Moreover, he very effectively managed the large network of players that are involved in such investments to keep everyone on track, and he addressed any roadblocks swiftly and efficiently. This deal for me was based on leveraging existing property and obtaining finance for the new ones and it needs to be noted that this was done throughout the summer of 2022 against the backdrop of significant upheaval in the mortgage industry. Without Luke’s tenacity and absolute client focus to push completions over the line the returns would have been reduced. I would recommend Luke to anyone wanting to expand their portfolio. He’s innovative, very professional but also very personable. I very much appreciate what he has done for me.
