"Writeous" is an online magazine, and I wrote weekly articles covering a variety of topics from politics to sport to lifestyle. Four of my articles were featured in the “most popular” section, and one of my articles was at one point the second most read article in the history of the magazine. My article "The Zeitgeist – English Football’s Fight Against Racism" was named "article of the week". May 2022 - May 2022
Through the campaign “Our Kids Count”, my fellow journalism students and I tried to raise awareness about the increase in child poverty. As deputy editor, I selected and edited the stories of my peers whilst also producing my own material. The campaign made it to the front page of the Sheffield Star, and I was invited onto BBC Radio 4’s evening show to talk about it. . Exeter University Debating Society was founded in 1893, making it the oldest society in the university; I had to undertake a competitive election process in which I utilised social media, formed innovative ideas for the society and presented the ideas to society members. .
