while working for EE I worked for a franchise company called mobile thinking which operated within EE, I started with the company as a sales consultant with a view of becoming an assistant manager, after 10 months of proving myself to be able to run a store and a team i was promoted and relocated to a new store to assist with the support and training of a new manager to the company. my main roles involved supporting the manager with all aspects of running the store, this included stock takes, stock orders, tracking staff sales , supporting staff with training and support, keeping staff motivated during quieter periods, dealing with customer issues/complaints and running the store during any manager absence. i completed all of these tasks while still maintaining a full sales target.
