  •Given the task of improving Microsoft Excel reporting techniques that managed the international distribution of soda ash, from the mines in Wyoming, by trains to the west coast and the Gulf of Mexico, onto bulk cargo vessels, and shipped to over 100 ports in 50 countries. •Designed and created a series of interactive inventory management and vessel scheduling Excel spreadsheets responsible for the scheduling and tracking of bulk soda ash for mine to vessel operations. These spreadsheets consolidated and simplified previous techniques, added measures to prevent manual error, while also expanding the future projecting capability and overall readability. Also, taught other employees various functions and time saving methods in Excel.
