I had the privilege of working with Luke as the Head of Customer Support. Luke worked with me for over 10 years, in that time Luke consistently impressed me with his technical skills and manner in which he communicated with customers. Luke was always able to find innovative solutions to complex technical problems, demonstrating a strong ability to work well under pressure, handle and manage large influxes of customer requests. Luke was also able to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and customers, making Luke a valuable asset to any team. One of Luke's standout achievements was his promotion to Head of Customer Support. Luke demonstrated his ability to manage, lead and train the support team. Specifically, during Covid Luke played a crucial role in transitioning the Support Team from working from the office to mainly working from home while maintaining staff moral and our high level of customer service. I highly recommend Luke for any role.
