Intact are one the UK's leading suppliers of ERP and business management software. We have over 30 years experience developing software and supporting customers in the wholesale, merchant, and distribution markets. We offer a suite of products that cater to different budgets and requirements including cloud, mobile and e-commerce solutions. As an xline consultant I am primarily geared to supporting smaller businesses who are looking to move away from manual processes or generic systems. One of the more challenging aspects for small growing businesses is managing an increase in demand without having to increase headcount or the pressures on staff. By using software designed for your business we can streamline workflows, enforce better decision making and minimise risk across the business, helping you earn more money and making lives easier for your staff. If you are thinking about investing in software and have any questions, feel free to drop me a message. Show less

Worked at Amazon to help supplement my income whilst on Furlough at The Electric Motorbike Company. As a warehouse operative your role can vary somewhat but spent the majority of my time picking for new deliveries. It's a high performance environment where you're constantly busy but it's also really low stress if you're hitting those targets. Amazon often gets a bad rap but my experience was largely positive and it was a rewarding role if you put the work in. • Sales Manager
      • Oct 2019 - Jul 2020

I used to head up the sales operations at The Electric Motorbike Company. It was a brand new start up company selling electrical motorcycles both b2b and b2c. It was and still is a relatively young market which helped us to quickly establish one of the largest electric motorcycle dealer networks in the UK. We also ran at a 100% conversion rate for incoming enquiries which is something way greater than I'd ever anticipated. I only left this role due to complications with funding and the coronavirus outbreak temporarily closing the business but am happy to report the company is still going strong. Main Responsibilities; Create an entire sales process from the ground up Develop both B2B and B2C sales and marketing strategies Support retail customers through their purchasing journey Prospect, call and meet potential dealers to help expand our network Assist in the recruitment and management of a small team of colleagues Show less

Main Responsibilities; Find and connect with around 30 prospects each day both cold and warm Set hour long appointments for my RSM to demonstrate the software Chase up unclosed demonstrations to negotiate and agree sales Forecast monthly income and liaise with the marketing team to develop individual campaigns Show less

Account Managers are tasked with regularly contacting and upselling additional services to existing advertisers. I managed two separate regions, one in Glasgow the other around Manchester and the role was completely phone based. I consistently uplifted the patches I worked on and relished the relationships built with my clients. Main Responsibilities; Regularly contact my accounts to set up quarterly account reviews Analyse market data ahead of meetings to provide valuable information on opportunities for growth. Have a genuine chat (meeting) with my accounts to find out how business was going and where they wanted it to go so together, we could build a strategy around that Collaborate with other departments to run the campaigns and strategies discussed with my customers Show less

At Lex Autolease I was responsible for running the day to day activities of our largest account. We delivered a consistently good service and I had incredibly good relationships with our major stakeholders. Main Responsibilities Encouraging eligible employees to take on a company vehicle as opposed to a cash alternative Managing the fleet of vehicles on the road and assisting drivers with complaints or issues Maintaining a financially beneficial pool of vehicles ready to be allocated when needed Collecting data and reporting on key events at our monthly stakeholder meetings in London Show less

RCI Financial Services was the old trading name for the finance division of Renault Group. Dealer Services Advisors were tasked with supporting our dealer network (the people who sell the cars), helping to check finance documents and looking into any technical issues, finance queries or potential fraud concerns. It was a high pressure role, never short on work, where accuracy and speed were a key focus. As part of my on-going development I also bridged into underwriting & software testing. Show less
