The farm bill passed in 2017 making industrial hemp legal. Industrial hemp has 50,000 uses: one can make biodegradable alternatives to plastic from the stalk of a hemp plant. Or, textiles that use 1/20th of water compared to cotton. In addition, hemp seed is a nutrient that is cheap and can feed third world countries. I built cloneconnect.org by outsourcing to a web-developer. Clone Connect is a digital marketing website and lead generation platform specifically for hemp farmers in 26 countries. I quickly became the #1 searched for website and sold 11.2M I put under 40k into the company that year as I did the majority of digital marketing myself. I also took on the role of sales, as it was a solo-company and I did $730,000 my first year with 80% net profit margins. I was selected into forbes and invited to be the main speaker at the hemp international convention. Then I hired 7 representatives and was the sales manager. Managing sales reps became my calling. Building up their confidence and holding them to monthly quotas with incentives. Leadership and inspiring are two of my most positive traits, and it showed because we took off in 2019-2020. I currently sold the company in a joint-venture deal because my main focus became www.DRIHP.com, which is an e-commerce store for men's hemp apparel. The company is running smoothly, however, I outsourced all positions; therefore, I am looking for a role in a strong company as a sales manager. Show less
