  My Operational role encompassed the performance of our production facilities located in Brisbane and Mackay ensuring both facilities are maintained and operated in line with best practice. My immediate teams include workshop, installation and field service technicians while also working in close conjunction with sales, engineering and higher management. I am passionate about the FSI product and strive to ensure that FSI embraces the latest in technology and operates in the most efficient manner possible, constantly improving production, installation and service methods whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality control and customer focus.
