  I began as an hourly employee and became a shift lead within my first six months of work. As a shift lead my responsibilities included managing and overseeing the preparation of food for the shift, ensuring a smooth operating procedure during peak business hours, and balancing a cash deposit and safe. I became an assistant manager in January of 2020 was being trained on placing inventory orders, monthly paperwork, and a more intense training in a new catering operating system.
