      For this event, I acted as a freelance events coordinator, assisting AE3 Media in the overall success of their event, The British Mortgage Awards 2021. This event had many elements to it as it was a 600+ person event. We had live entertainment, an evening of awards, food and music! I had many key responsibilities, including the setup and dismantling of the event. I also was in constant communication with the Events Manager, ready to problem solve if needed. This was a high quality, coorperate event that ran smoothly and was an overall success.

      In this event, my team and I created a winter wonderland themed woodland walk for patients of two care homes. Due to the pandemic the patients were unable to see their families over the Christmas period, so in order to make it as special as possible, my team and I spent weeks organising and setting up a week long visual event that lit up a woodland area along a path, this allowed the residents to experience some Christmas magic in some not so magical times.       A networking event for creatives in order to connect with others and forge professional relationships and gain the possibility of future work.
