  Managing projects and Web Development team, started role as Digital Project Assistant and quickly became full Project Manager and responsible for an international team's work. I have been managing an average of 25-35 projects at any one time, all the way through from planning to deliver & closure. We work with a hybrid methodology, though closer to Waterfall than Agile, on small - medium sites within a range of industries. The majority of the sites are brochure, e-commerce or membership.
