  I started working at Die Tech company right after graduating from engineering studies. I continued master studies in extramural form. My responsibilities in the company include : 1. Elaboration of technological documentation and packing cards and their verification and supervision of changes, 2. Daily control of technological processes (progressive and traditional stamping, riveting, welding,, vibratory deburring, assembly), 3. Improving existing processes and projects, 4. Creating process of implementation plans, 5. Defining processes for new projects in accordance with the approach Lean (determining the needed resources, line equipment, stations, preferred cycle estimation according to the MTM methodology), 6. Material flow planning, 7. Participation in the assessment and analysis of the project's potential and feasibility (Feasibility study), 8. Participation in the PFMEA analysis, 9. Development of ergonomic workstations, 10. Employee training on processes and product control, 11. Conducting internal audits, 12. Analysis of inspections of machines and devices, 13.
