I have had the pleasure of working with Lucas for 6 years. For the first two years, we have worked together in a sales position. Lucas was a key sales rep at the company and for many years was the top seller in the company (among 30+ salespeople). His dedication, hard work, and passion were great examples to other sellers. The sales position requires natural skill in dealing with different customers, and this was perhaps where Lucas set himself apart the most as he created a personal relationship with each customer. Last 4 years I had the pleasure of supervising Lucas. Throughout the years I was repeatedly impressed with Lucas sales skills. In addition, he created a very friendly work environment which made him a great colleague for the rest of the team.
