As Technical Leader, I am trusted to deliver major product improvements and to guide the project team through learning, building, debugging and validation. Afterwards we update the user guides and design documentation and prepare internal product training sessions. I am also involved in certification projects.

As a project manager I had two responsibilities: Two internal customers, SoC integration teams, fed me their requirements and needed help in integrating different versions of our product. I also supervised the work of two colleagues that helped me develop new features and improve the internal architecture of our operating system.

I started Trustonic in Korea office and kept travelling for a year between our offices and customers to engage in knowledge transfer: internal and external trainings, workshops and support. In autumn 2013 I settled down in southern France and started to head internal development projects. I define architectures, workpackages and supervise the development. I am also the stand-in for the group leader and share the responsibility for quality product releases.
