      The main goal of this project was to solve the problem that too little parts arrive at the production line. Parts are counted or weighed in the storage and then transported to the production line. By using Six Sigma methods (SIPOC, p-Map, C&E Matrix, FMEA, part-to-part-analysis) disturbing factors have been detected and eliminated. As a conclusion, all primary parts are now classified in different weight classes and connected to reference quantities so secure a smooth supply of parts.
