Having developed a portfolio of summer festivals, my role organically moved to a marketing focus that included marketing for multiple events, brands, and projects under the umbrella of E3 Events.Key Responsibilities:- Managing and implementing strategy for digital marketing, including multiple social media accounts with a monthly reach (organic and paid through Facebook Ads) of 500,000 people, a customer newsletter database with over 10,000 emails and multiple B2B and B2C websites for events, brands, and companies. - Managing offline marketing, including print advertisement (posters, flyers, billboards, and banners), working alongside the PR agencies to support press coverage and co-organising press launches for the brands and events.- Managing web and Google Analytics and analysing trends in data. - Media buying across all channels.- Budget control and reporting for all marketing activities.- Recruitment, management, and development of the marketing team.- Managing the relationships with all external marketing agencies.- Together with the MD, managing all brand partners and sponsors.- Managing the customer service channels within the business.I was fully accountable for the marketing campaigns of the following brands:- Gin Fest Co. - www.ginfestco.com18,000 tickets were sold across 7 festivals between 2018 - 2022. A marketing budget of £5,000 per festival yielded a total income of £320,000 and average profits of £20,000 per festival.- Brighton Family Panto – www.brightonfamilypanto.com50,000 tickets were sold across 4 theatre productions between 2017 - 2022. Shows yielded a total income of £750,000 and average profits of £66,000 per show.- Brighton Christmas Festival - www.brightonchristmasfestival.comThe inaugural event in 2021 recorded 180,000 visitors and 12,000 tickets sold for the E3 produced shows.
