Luiza is as incredible a person as she is a researcher. I had the privilege of working with her for over two years and during our time together, we were able to collaborate on many different aspects of the research practice. Luiza's leadership shone from the get-go through her approach to, and execution of, complex end-to-end research projects. She consistently excelled at working and building rapport with different teams in the organization while championing for high-quality and impactful research. Luiza was always a constant source of support, knowledge and insight not only to our core team, but to peripheral teams as well. She has been an instrumental source of support and mentorship for me, and I can say, without a doubt, that having worked with her has made me a better researcher and person. As such, any organization or team would be lucky to have her. Her kind and empathetic nature, her critical approach to research and her democratic leadership would be an incredible asset to any team. It’s rare to find a researcher as skilled at storytelling as Luiza. The year I spent working with her directly was a pleasure. During this time, we worked collaboratively to improve our research processes, team activities, and improve the operational aspects of our research practice. Luiza excels at organization, which is especially apparent in her management of research data.
