I’ve worked directly with Luiza for almost three years. Even though telecommunications was a new area for her, she proved to be a fast learner and was able to not only embrace all the intricacies of the industry with head on attitude, but also input her experience, communication, marketing, writing and many other skills to excel at the core elements of her role and beyond. During this time I have seen a constant growth in Luiza as a professional. With the willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities she was a delight to work with. She has an outgoing and cheerful personality that brings a positive attitude to the team. Having said all this, Luiza would be an asset to any company, both as a member or a leader.
