Projects and activities developed: o Designed and deployed processes for incident and demand management of the company’s main terminal operating system (TOS) - Navis N4. o Defined KPIs for the new running processes and established management routines with the team for following up the weekly results. o Planned and executed the substitution of the AMS (application management services) provider, with minimum impact on quality of the services provided for the business during the transition. o Strengthened the IT-business relationship through the creation of a weekly routine for presenting IT results (incidents and demands KPIs and ongoing projects status reports) and for allowing the business executives prioritize IT systems backlog. o Administrated budget (Capex & Opex) and contracts of over a R$ 4 million amount.
