I have worked closely with Luiz regularly for over 2 years at GSL Group. Luiz has been one of the best software engineers I have worked with. He has a systematic work approach and as a designer, I always found working with him an absolute breeze. He builds quickly, and he goes above and beyond to make sure his implementation is clean and accurate. He is very collaborative with all of our team members and gives a significant importance to communication. I have always commended his proactiveness in keeping in sync with me every time we work together. And one of his biggest strengths is his willingness to take up challenges to solve complex software problems, and then following it up with hard work and perseverance.
