I was working there I performed several activities, since system architect/project management/quality Assurance. Because it was a small company, we had multiple attributions. I had the chance to work on the architecture/building of the company's main system, which generated cost savings and labor reduction. Execution of project planning, Business Blue Print (BBP) mapping, Gaps survey, realization phases (development, configuration, unit and integrated testing), planning and execution of Cut Over, production (Go Live), control of indicators, and monitoring until final delivery.. Application of Project Methodology and Control (scope, costs, and risks) and project performance analysis.. I was responsible for the functional design and architect and mapping of all Mosaic processes related to PIS and COFINS, Monitor NF-e and Digital Auditor, main tools of the company KeepTrue, both developed to work in the Cloud (cloud computing).. Worked on the client FCA – FIAT Chrysler Automóveis Brasil in a project aimed at controlling shipments and returns, through the mapping of the shipping process, detailed in KeepTrue's BPM tool, integrated with SAP and Monitor Nf-e, generating detailed reports to FCA

. I worked as a consultant. I was responsible for the implementation of tax systems and ERP in companies, such as P&G, Kimberly Clark, Givaudan, Bayer, and Abbott.. In 2010, I started to run the Quality Assurance/product owner position regarding tax systems. I was focused on providing hired projects from different clients and various segments, project time reduction, better quality to deliver/projects, and systems with the least number of bugs/errors. Based on this we were able to achieve better customer satisfaction and user experience.
