  After 6 years as CFO at Havells Sylvania Brazil, I am happy and honored to take on a new challenge in my professional career. This time as CEO at OZLI do Brasil Iluminação Ltda, which in fact is the new brand of the old Havells Sylvania Brazil. The brand change of the Havells Sylvania by OZLI of Brazil occurred after the Board of the Indian Group - Havells, decided to sell Sylvania worldwide operation to Feilo a Chinese lighting Co. As the Brazil operation, was not part of the global sales negotiation of Sylvania, we forced to change the company name and consequently launch a new brand. Despite the recent launch, the new brand brings with it a 70-year experience, at which time Sylvania operated in Brazil. In this way, the team, processes, procedures, customers, suppliers and service partners remain the same. They will continue to operate the OZLI brand in the same way they operated with the old brand. The big news came from the portfolio enlargement, an increment that aims to increase competitiveness by offering high technology products. I am sure that the OZLI team is capable and committed to delivery what we have promised. It is with this spirit that we will move forward with the mission of consolidating the OZLI brand.
