  Leading the Operations of 3 manufacturing sites in the Americas Region (USA, Mexico & Brazil), With full P&L responsibility assuring the Safety, Quality, Deliveries, Profit and Efficiency of all 3 production sites.Been responsible of a work force of +450 employees on all 3 facilities.
