Luisa worked 6 years for me and as a team member she brougth a good team spirit in our wide remote environment. She became very fast expert in her domain, because she is digging in all aspects of the project she is driving. She is the type of person who is increasing our network daily and this is very valuable when you need support, or decision to take when you need the right persons involved during decision time. Her central eastern culture was very valuable to me while dealing with Russia, and other eastern countries, and her language skills were a real plus. Luisa is very reliable and she is using all the time needed to deliver on time, We don't have to check daily what she is doing to achieve her tasks, and when she needs help, she does not hesitate to ask for it.
