Customer Service: Attention to all of our customer needs. Ensure a pleasant and welcoming experience for our customer's satisfaction before, during, and throughout their events. Process payments and providing customer service in person or by phone. Provide verbally and written the LEC Policy and Guidelines for clients to know what to expect and adhere, which enables us to have a more organized Center. Follow up for events paperwork, which includes receiving ABC licenses and checking renter schedules security when needed. Management: Manage the staff schedule in order to cover all the events, maintaining reasonable hours that work for all members of the team making them feel at ease, efficient and more productive. Keep track of staff schedule hours and their time approvals with Executime. Operative tasks assignment and delegate with the members of the staff. Responsible for processing the weekly deposits to the Library Administration from all the payment transactions. Scheduling adjustments every time a new event pops up on the current schedule. Training new hires of the LEC staff. Keep track of office supplies which are ordered monthly. Preserve building outdoor and indoor appearance, working hand on hand with Administration and County facilities. Responsible for processing reimbursements with Administration. Show less

Entertainment.
