  During my time as an educator, I had the incredible opportunity to spearhead and foster the academic advancement of sixth and seventh-grade students. It was a journey filled with remarkable moments, as I guided and supported students with special needs, providing them with invaluable assistance and additional resources. ★ One of the highlights of my role was creating and executing a robust framework to support struggling students as they entered the educational program. I wanted to ensure that no student was left behind, and through the use of storytelling and drama techniques in an impactful, I witnessed a significant increase in student learning and engagement. ★ I firmly believe that building deep and meaningful connections is key to creating a thriving learning environment. I seamlessly integrated into the ongoing school year, cultivating relationships with colleagues and staff that allowed us to work collaboratively towards our shared goals. ★ I helped create innovative and comprehensive Readers' Workshop model, revitalizing the middle school curriculum to cater to the needs of 21st-century learners. Additionally, I pioneered the creation of various interactive learning centers and dynamic instructional games. ★ Recognizing the importance of multicultural education, I championed the infusion of multicultural concepts into the curriculum. By contributing to a comprehensive curriculum redesign, I ensured that students had a well-rounded education that celebrated diversity and fostered inclusivity. ★ I had the privilege of working with native Spanish speakers to enhance their English language proficiency.
